How Age Is Calculated
Your age is counted from your date of birth to today (or any reference date you choose). Years are counted as completed calendar years, months as completed calendar months, and the remaining days fill in the rest.

Years are counted as completed calendar years from your birth date, months as completed calendar months after that, and the remaining days fill in the rest. For example, someone born on January 15, 1990 would be 36 years, 2 months, and 24 days old on April 8, 2026. Leap years and varying month lengths are accounted for.
